Job description Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the innovative Allwyn Web application across mobile and desktop platforms. The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of Web developers.

Responsibilities

Lead the Web development team.
Oversee architecture and design decisions.
Conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Remain up to date with industry trends.
Write clean, maintainable code.
Drive innovation.
Assist in troubleshooting.
Accountability for web development and technical Epics/Stories.
Experience with near-shore/offshore development teams.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in web development (mobile & desktop).
Proven track record of leading/mentoring web development teams.
Experience building and releasing first-class web applications.
Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Scrum, Kanban).
Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular or Vue.js.
Proficiency in Node.js or similar.
Experience with responsive design, PWA’s, and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
