Job description Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the innovative Allwyn Web application across mobile and desktop platforms. The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of Web developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Web development team.
- Oversee architecture and design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Remain up to date with industry trends.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Drive innovation.
- Assist in troubleshooting.
- Accountability for web development and technical Epics/Stories.
- Experience with near-shore/offshore development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in web development (mobile & desktop).
- Proven track record of leading/mentoring web development teams.
- Experience building and releasing first-class web applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Scrum, Kanban).
- Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in Node.js or similar.
- Experience with responsive design, PWA’s, and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
