Job description As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring Interactive Investor's products deliver value. You'll lead the delivery of roadmap items, collaborating with various teams to build the right products in the right way.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leads to define and document requirements.
Lead product analysis for roadmap items and projects, performing business and systems analysis.
Own the analysis process, authoring user stories with acceptance criteria.
Align product backlogs with strategic roadmaps.
Measure product performance using Objectives and KPIs.
Use data and user research to inform product decisions.
Work with UX designers to ensure user-centered designs.
Support delivery teams with technical and business analysis.
Ensure business readiness of changes.

Requirements

Experience working in a multi-discipline team (UX, analysis, engineering).
Technical understanding of React, React Native, and API integration.
Knowledge of change methodologies and frameworks.
Experience working in both online and offline customer journeys.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
User-centered approach to product development.
Proven ability to analyze systems from a business and technical perspective.
Ability to write concise and detailed user stories.
Experience collaborating within an agile/scrum team.
Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
