Job description TidalSense, a respiratory technology company, is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to support the development and maintenance of their N-Tidal platform, a first-of-its-kind AI-driven diagnostic test for COPD. The company is transitioning from a startup to a scale-up and values a collaborative, mission-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the N-Tidal platform.
Develop software within a regulated (medical device) environment, ensuring rigorous documentation and testing.
Collaborate with the design team to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and team meetings.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute to infrastructure improvements and system reliability.

Requirements

Proficient in Python server-side development (preferably with Django).
Expertise in database Object Relationship Mapping (ORM), preferably with Django ORM.
Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend web frameworks (Vue.js expertise preferred).
Experience developing with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.
Legally eligible to work in the UK.
