Job description P11 is seeking a 3D Motion Graphics Designer to create compelling visuals for sports advertising campaigns, including perimeter boards, live events (tennis, boxing, snooker), social media, and sales materials. The role involves 3D modeling, animation, rotoscoping, motion tracking, and creating brand-specific graphics.

Responsibilities

Develop adverts for perimeter boards in top football leagues.
Create graphics for major live sports events (tennis, boxing, snooker).
Design social media content for campaigns and partnerships.
Assist other departments with 3D assets, motion graphics, and imagery.
Produce moving visuals, engaging website assets, and social media content.
3D model products and basic environments.
3D rotoscope and use motion tracking.
Create brand-specific graphics (logos, banners, decks).
Collaborate with creative departments to develop and execute design concepts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Blender.
Strong eye for composition and design.
Solid understanding of 3D modeling, animation, rotoscoping, and motion tracking.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to react positively to feedback.
Excellent attention to detail.
Diligent, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
