Job description Runna is a rapidly growing fitness platform providing training, coaching, and community for runners. They have iOS, Android, and Apple Watch apps, and are a 2024 Apple App of the Year finalist.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and technical strategy across multiple product teams.
Drive end-to-end delivery of features across mobile, backend, and integrations.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leads.
Mentor and support engineers.
Champion developer productivity by improving CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
Own the release process and promote continuous deployment.

Requirements

Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and full-stack development.
Proven track record leading architecture and delivering large-scale React-Native mobile apps.
Experience with AWS cloud environments, particularly Serverless architectures.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership.
Experience defining and delivering features from architecture to production.
Strong advocate for modern engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation).
