Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - Overseas

Job description Job Bridge Global is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to patients in a Med/Surg unit on full-time night shifts in the USA or Canada. The RN will be an essential member of the healthcare team, contributing to positive patient outcomes through assessment, care planning, medication administration, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing - RN
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience
• BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association certification
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee (or eligible)
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - RN
• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty
