RN - Patient Care Coordinator - M/S Oncology - Overseas

Job description Job Bridge Global is looking for a dedicated RN - Patient Care Coordinator to coordinate patient care in Medical/Surgical and Oncology settings. This full-time night position focuses on ensuring optimal patient care and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient rounds to ensure care aligns with individual plans.
• Manage patient flow and bed assignments.
• Assist with emergency situations and direct patient care activities.
• Troubleshoot patient safety and care issues.
• Respond to patient and family concerns promptly.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for physicians.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and support departments.
• Participate in quality reviews and performance evaluations.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to Associates.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma Nursing - RN (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years of RN experience (minimum 2 years).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• Familiarity with care coordination, discharge planning, and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to process complex clinical information and develop individualized care plans.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology.
