Job description Fasanara is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their Tech Team and contribute to expanding the capabilities of their investment tools through greenfield projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative solutions and collaborate with multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance internal platforms and applications for core business functions (Credit Trading, FX Hedging, Portfolio Monitoring, Treasury).
Collaborate with investment, operations, and data teams to translate business workflows into software solutions.
Drive the full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring).
Contribute across the stack (backend services, frontend interfaces, data engineering pipelines).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience designing and developing robust APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
Experience with Go, Python, Java, C#, or C++ (Go and Python preferred).
Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience with modern front-end technologies (TypeScript, React, CSS).
Experience architecting solutions using cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
