Job description Runna is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Cross-Functional Product and Engineering Team. The role involves end-to-end product delivery, from user research to launch, focusing on designing features for their mobile apps and integrations.

Responsibilities

Discover and prioritize user needs through collaboration with customers and the team.
Create design solutions and customer journeys for complex problems.
Illustrate design ideas using user flows and prototypes in Figma.
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design handover and great interaction.
Iterate on designs and contribute to the design system.
Lead squad design initiatives.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, including mobile design.
Design generalist skills with typography, layout, and information visualization.
Strong ability to speak with users and leverage quantitative data.
Detail-oriented with a focus on pixel-perfect designs.
Advanced Figma & prototyping skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Confident in facilitating workshops and discussions.
