Software Engineer

Job description Software Engineer to join the Product Engineering team, focusing on enhancing the Assess and Connect platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve full-stack solutions for the Assess & Connect experience.
• Use data to drive decisions and product direction.
• Work with cloud technologies (Azure) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Test Engineers.

Requirements

• Strong development experience with C#/.NET Core and React/JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with cloud-hosted environments, ideally Azure.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
• Collaborative mindset and passion for solving customer problems.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to learn.
