Job description Lead a team of Front End engineers in the design and development of an electronic FX Options Trading Platform. This involves developing workflows for RFQ, streaming prices, volatility surface management, and structured product pricing. The role requires driving UI strategy, architecture, and integration with backend services.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Front End engineers.
Design and develop React web UIs using TypeScript.
Manage the strategy of the UI estate, including architecture and best practices.
Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high-performance, scalable applications.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development, deployment, and testing processes.
Mentor and share knowledge with other developers.

Requirements

Experience managing a team of front end engineers.
Experience developing data models/schemas for server-side interaction.
Expert knowledge of React UI/UX development with TypeScript.
Solid understanding of inter-application communication (REST, WebSocket, etc.).
Proficiency in CI/CD, application resiliency, testing, profiling, and telemetry.
