Job description Deskpro is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to contribute to their helpdesk software product, which is used by a global customer base including Vodafone, Microsoft, and NHS. The role involves building new features, shaping product frameworks, and participating in feature planning.

Responsibilities

Build new features and modules for the helpdesk product.
Contribute to the underlying product frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and deployment processes.
Contribute to feature planning and product direction.
Collaborate with a small team and lead by example.
Adapt to varied roles and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Experience building web apps with React and Typescript.
Solid understanding of GraphQL, with React Apollo GraphQL and codegen experience being a plus.
Strong knowledge of Javascript and the Javascript ecosystem.
Fast learner with Google-fu skills and experience-driven intuition.
Strong understanding of software architecture.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Passion for delivering well-tested and solid software.
