Responsibilities

Enhance software by identifying opportunities to build internal tools for customer support and workflow optimization.
Support engineering partners by handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to solutions.
Collaborate with senior engineers for professional growth and mentorship.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving platform issues and bugs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React (or similar).
Experience writing automated tests with RSpec or similar.
Familiarity with databases and Rails Console.
