Job description Phoenix is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to join their AI consultancy practice. The role involves scoping, building, and deploying bespoke AI solutions for customers across various domains.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integration strategies.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI applications (ML, NLP, CV).
Build and refine proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Lead the implementation of AI models into production.
Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate.
Document solution architecture and best practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python with AI/ML application development experience.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
Practical experience with LLM/VLM frameworks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI stack.
Experience with Azure application architecture (AKS, ACA, Azure Functions).
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Frontend integration capabilities (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js).
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of system architecture and design patterns.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in client-facing environments (requirements gathering, demos).
SC Security Clearance required.
