Responsibilities

Technical Planning: Define technical approaches, conduct research, build POCs, and create technical specifications.
Technical Leadership: Lead technical delivery, present solutions to clients, collaborate with designers, and ensure technical quality.
Hands-On Development: Participate in front-end and back-end development, implement animations, and perform deployment tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital agency.
Full-stack development skills (HTML, CSS/SCSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next or Vue, Node.js, WordPress).
Strong knowledge of animation for web (CSS animations, GSAP, etc.).
Experience with API Integration, GIT, CI/CD, and Cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Mentorship and team management skills.
