Job description Fyxer AI is looking for a Growth Engineer to drive product-led growth by ideating, implementing, and analyzing experiments for their AI productivity tool designed to streamline admin tasks for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement experiment ideas to improve product-led growth.
Independently manage the entire experiment lifecycle, from ideation to analysis and prioritization.
Utilize data from Metabase, BigQuery, and PostHog to generate ideas, analyze results, and inform future experiments.
Collaborate with other growth engineers.
Contribute to the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Thorough understanding of TypeScript and React.
Ability to function as a full-stack engineer with a front-end focus.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
Experience with data analysis, UX design, and product development.
Strong sense of urgency and self-management.
