Job description TMW Unlimited is seeking an experienced B2B Senior Strategist/Planner to lead strategic communications for clients. The role involves taking strategic ownership, developing insights-led strategies, and ensuring effective creative output.

Responsibilities

Take and respond to business and campaign briefs.
Craft insight-led creative briefs.
Develop value propositions and segmented messaging frameworks.
Develop briefs to inspire culturally relevant content.
Improve work throughout the creative process with data-backed insights.
Brief partner agencies/disciplines.
Develop testing plans and measurement frameworks.
Conduct effectiveness analysis and provide data-informed recommendations.
Build trust with mid-level clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a strategist/planner in an agency environment.
Strong B2B experience and understanding of B2B buyer behaviors.
Expertise in journey planning, targeting, segmentation, and messaging.
Knowledge of social and digital channel developments.
Ability to identify inspiring insights and synthesize complex information.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong facilitation skills.
Ability to react quickly to challenges.
