Job description Runna is looking for a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the design of features for their mobile applications (iOS, Android, Apple Watch) and integrations with third-party fitness devices. The role involves the full product development lifecycle, from user research to launch. Runna is a fast-growing company that was recently acquired by Strava.

Responsibilities

Discover and prioritize user needs through collaboration with the team and customers.
Create solutions and customer journeys for complex design problems.
Illustrate design ideas using user flows and prototypes in Figma.
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design handover.
Contribute to and iterate on the design system in Figma.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, including mobile design.
Design generalist with skills in typography, layout, and information visualization.
Strong ability to gather user needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Experience leveraging quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience facilitating and participating in workshops.
