Job description ShipServ is a SaaS platform for the maritime industry, connecting buyers and suppliers. As a Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the internal and external APIs and business logic of the platform.

Responsibilities

Write clean, well-tested code for new features.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, retros, planning).
Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams.
Analyze and fix bug reports.
Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of development experience (6 years without a degree).
Minimum 2 years of experience with a MERN stack company.
Currently working as a Mid or Senior Developer.
Experience with monorepos is a plus.
Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL, MongoDB, and both Functional and OOP coding.
