Responsibilities

Own and evolve a scalable design system.
Translate Figma designs into production-ready React components using TypeScript & Next.js.
Define and drive best practices in UI architecture, testing, accessibility, and performance.
Collaborate with product and design teams.
Champion a design-first, developer-friendly culture.
Influence front-end strategy, tooling, and workflows.
Play a key role in hiring and scaling the UI function.

Requirements

7+ years of front-end engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
Proven expertise in UI engineering and design system development.
Mastery of JavaScript fundamentals, browser APIs, and performance profiling.
Experience with Node.js, Next.js, and modern front-end tooling.
Passion for testing, accessibility, and developer experience.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
