Job description Orgvue is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their organisational design and planning platform, focusing on custom technical solutions and SaaS products. This role involves working within a cross-functional team, utilizing modern technologies, and contributing to the evolution of their development techniques.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver software.
Utilize AI tools to enhance coding productivity and quality.
Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Write robust tests at all levels.
Work autonomously to deliver solutions across the full stack.
Clarify requirements with product managers and translate customer needs into solutions.
Contribute to the product vision for better organizational decision-making.
Simplify the platform architecture and enhance engineering practices.

Requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Typescript is a plus.
Familiarity with micro-frontends and backend-for-frontend strategies.
Ability to write and deploy scalable backend services.
Commitment to code and product quality through test automation (TDD/BDD).
Understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Strong product development skills and customer empathy.
