Job description ECA International Group is seeking a Front-End Developer to join their Technology & Engineering team. The role involves building and implementing front-end solutions for web applications, focusing on user experience, scalability, and maintainability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for modern front-end technologies and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Build responsive and accessible web applications using React, Remix, TypeScript/JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and other modern technologies.
Lead on UI/UX implementation, defining and maintaining design standards.
Take ownership of front-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate within an Agile team.
Design and maintain scalable, testable, and maintainable codebases.
Promote continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Partner with product managers and back-end engineers to align technical solutions with business priorities.
Follow a test-first approach (TDD).
Embrace AI-first development practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a front-end development role.
Extensive experience with React, Remix, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, and Tailwind.
Experience integrating front-end components with back-end services.
Strong knowledge of modern front-end tooling and best practices.
Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
Experience working with cloud-based solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
