Job description This role focuses on improving the user experience and conversion rates of Immediate's digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Audit websites using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to identify CRO opportunities.
- Evaluate digital usability and accessibility, proposing enhancements.
- Create basic wireframes using tools like Figma for UX changes.
- Build, launch, and track A/B tests in Optimizely.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide marketing support to the central marketing team.
- Basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, UX, web development, or related field.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.
- Understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and accessibility standards.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
