Job description This role focuses on improving the user experience and conversion rates of Immediate's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Audit websites using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to identify CRO opportunities.
  • Evaluate digital usability and accessibility, proposing enhancements.
  • Create basic wireframes using tools like Figma for UX changes.
  • Build, launch, and track A/B tests in Optimizely.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide marketing support to the central marketing team.
  • Basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, UX, web development, or related field.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.
  • Understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and accessibility standards.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
