Job description MORI, a digitally native baby and children's sleepwear brand, is seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize their D2C online customer experience. The role involves managing Shopify Plus websites, driving revenue, and building customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of site enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with SEO agency on on-site SEO strategies.
- Own GA4 tracking and reporting to identify optimization opportunities.
- Brief the creative team on UX design needs.
- Build data-driven business cases for projects.
- Plan and execute A/B testing to validate new features.
- Oversee the Retention team and email strategy.
- Analyze key retention metrics like CLV and repeat purchase rates.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience growing a D2C Shopify Plus e-commerce business.
- Proven success in owning a trading calendar and reacting to trade performance.
- Demonstrated success in building CRM strategies using tools like Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel pivots and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present results.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Impressive problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a desire to grow within the organization.
