Full Stack Engineer, Growth

Job description As the first Full Stack Growth Engineer at Ffern, you will be instrumental in driving user growth through engineering solutions. You'll collaborate with film producers, designers, and a technical growth team. You'll report to the CTO with a dotted line, ensuring technical strategy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications focused on growth and conversion.
• Build engaging user experiences using TypeScript and React.
• Analyze data using SQL and PostgreSQL to inform growth strategies.
• Implement A/B tests and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Contribute to a scalable and maintainable service-oriented architecture.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in a programming language (ideally TypeScript).
• Significant experience building full-stack applications with React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Academic degree from a top-tier university.
• Logical reasoning and experience in system architecture and process building.
• Passion for working in a startup environment.
