Job description Join an operational research team as a Frontend Developer, collaborating with experts, designers, and project managers to create digital experiences. The role involves supporting client projects, developing internal applications, and contributing to thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define application value.
- Lead the planning, building, testing, and deployment of web and native applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Build and maintain deployment infrastructure adhering to security requirements.
- Collaborate with design and project teams on UI/UX feasibility.
- Improve website performance, accessibility, and maintenance.
- Contribute to new project proposals.
- Deliver thought leadership projects.
- Generate internal IP by creating reusable assets and infrastructure.
- Develop HEOR coding best practices.
- Optimize internal processes via web apps/tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer, ideally in regulated sectors (healthcare, insurance, finance).
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
- Back-end experience with Python and Node.js/Next.js.
- Cloud architecture knowledge (Microsoft Azure).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience designing RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Proficient in testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
- Knowledge of authentication, security (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
