Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software development experience with technical leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CSS.
Proven track record of leading Agile teams.
Experience with cloud-based, scalable applications.
Familiarity with TDD and version control (GitHub).
Excellent communication and ownership skills.
