Job description Luminance, a leading UK AI company, is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to accelerate customer technical integration and unlock the value of their AI platform. The role involves working with sales, product, and customer success teams to provide technical guidance, develop developer resources, and ensure smooth integration processes for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver effortless technical integration experiences.
Act as a technical expert, supporting the sales team and highlighting integration benefits.
Understand customer use cases and advise on optimal solutions.
Develop reusable toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and enablement resources to improve developer experience.
Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation and technical resources.
Coordinate with support and technical operations to resolve customer issues.
Gather feedback from developers to continuously improve integration processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong technical skills in software development, system integration, and creating developer resources (APIs, SDKs, documentation).
Experience with Full Stack Web development and Cloud Architecture is preferable.
Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, Python or equivalent frameworks/languages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to articulate technical information clearly to various audiences.
Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Organized with excellent time management skills.
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical team.
