Job description Powster is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their London team. The role involves building and leading the development of digital services and platforms using a ReactJS/NodeJS/AWS stack, working with clients like Universal, Disney, and Netflix.

Responsibilities

Lead feature development for web builds, collaborating with Production teams.
Own the complete development lifecycle (development, QA, project activation).
Mentor and coach 1-2 Frontend Engineers.
Manage the serverless, static sites delivery system (React + AWS).
Represent technical excellence to clients.
Support Production/Sales teams.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in web front-end development.
Proficient in JavaScript environment (Node.js/React).
Comfortable navigating backend and frontend architectures.
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (preferably AWS).
Strong communication skills.
Passion for continuous learning and skill development.
