Job description Fyxer AI is seeking a highly motivated Growth Engineer to drive product-led growth for their AI productivity tool. The role involves independently conceiving, implementing, and analyzing experiments using data to improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end implementation of experiment ideas to enhance product-led growth.
Independently ideate and execute experiments using data insights from tools like Metabase, BigQuery, and PostHog.
Analyze experiment results and prioritize the backlog based on data and customer feedback.
Collaborate with other growth engineers.

Requirements

Expert hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
Full-stack engineering capabilities (leaning towards front-end), including client and server-side development, SQL for data analysis, and contributions to DevOps/CI/CD.
Core growth skills in data analysis, UX design, and product development, with a passion for marketing and conversion psychology.
Strong sense of urgency and self-management.
