Job description Mojo is looking for a motivated and adaptable Senior Product Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling their AI-driven platform for men's sexual wellness. The ideal candidate will be an impactful individual contributor who also enjoys helping to define engineering practices and strategy within an early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

Write code and drive technical performance as an individual contributor.
Lead engineering projects aligned with company strategy.
Plan and break down work for prioritization.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Maintain a smooth and speedy development cycle.
Write engineering documentation.
Collaborate with design and backend teams.
Ensure system robustness and reliability.
Shape and contribute to a positive engineering culture.
Build strong relationships across the product team.

Requirements

Experience working in early-stage startups (pre-Series B).
Proficient in designing and developing robust backend APIs.
Comfortable with React and TypeScript.
Demonstrated expertise in driving the development of a broad codebase.
Solid understanding of system design/architecture.
Experience with mentoring and sharing best practices.
Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
Flexible, quick learner, and eager to contribute across the development process.
Passionate about mental health and/or empathetic.
Up-to-date with the latest tools and trends.
