Job description As a Product Manager within the Growth team, you will be responsible for driving user activation, engagement, and long-term retention for Runna, a leading training platform for runners. You will leverage data and user insights to build and execute a roadmap focused on gamification and habit formation.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the strategy for improving user activation and long-term retention.
Develop and test features that encourage continued engagement (XP, streaks, badges, challenges, leaderboards, referral loops).
Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for activation and retention.
Work in a high-velocity test-and-learn environment, using A/B testing and cohort analysis.
Use analytics, user research, and behavioral data to optimize user journeys.
Work with designers to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.
Partner with CRM and wider product teams to integrate activation and retention initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in gaming and high-growth mobile products.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in a mobile-first, high-growth consumer app.
Data and results-driven with a passion for testing, learning, and iteration.
Experience in mobile-first, consumer-facing products, ideally in gaming, fitness, or habit-building apps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
