Job description Orgvue is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to contribute to the success of their custom technical solutions and SaaS products. The role focuses on developing solutions for their SaaS products, leveraging emerging technologies, and driving their AI journey.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI initiatives, focusing on intelligent organization design.
- Lead technical delivery of mission-critical AI projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI capabilities.
- Prototype, evaluate, and productionize machine learning models.
- Work with Product Managers to translate customer needs into data-driven solutions.
- Build and evolve internal tooling and frameworks for AI experimentation and deployment.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable, maintainable, and ethical AI architecture.
- Mentor and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering software features into production, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data-rich environment.
- Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in developing complex systems.
- Proficiency with programming languages like JavaScript, React, Typescript, Kotlin, Java, Scala, or C#.
- Familiarity with microservices and modern architectural patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Commitment to code and product quality, including test automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
