Deliver engaging sessions based on high-quality teaching materials, ensuring learners gain a deep understanding and can apply new skills. The role emphasizes technical mentoring and live-debugging.

Responsibilities

Lead 60-90 minute remote workshops.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Answer technical questions and provide live debugging assistance.
Adapt teaching style to suit different skill levels.
Build rapport with learners and create a supportive learning environment.

Requirements

Extensive real-world experience in software engineering.
Expertise in at least two of the following: Domain-Driven Design, Go, React, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Test-Driven Development, REST API Design.
Excellent communication, listening, and explanation skills.
Comfortable with live-debugging code.
Strong spoken and written English.
