Job description Yapily is seeking a Front End Engineer to join their Platform Experience team, responsible for designing, building, and styling web applications supporting their open banking API. The role focuses on delivering flawless, customer-centric journeys for various user segments, including enterprise clients, the public website, API documentation, and demo tools.

Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team (Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, other Engineers).
  • Own web properties and apps serving varying user segments and use cases.
  • Support, maintain, and build customer-facing applications.
  • Create reliable, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain company style guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive applications.
  • Experience scoping projects, setting design/architecture, and best practices.
  • Experience in modern web application development (Component-based architecture, SPAs, PWAs, CSR, SSR, SSG, API-driven development).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Test Frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest, Karma, Enzyme).
  • Experience with meta-frameworks (Next, Nuxt, Astro) and CMS/Analytics tool integration.
  • Good communication skills and fluent English.
  • Recent portfolio of projects.
  • Pace and a growth mindset.
