Job description Compass is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join their Graduate Program as Software Engineers. The program aims to provide a strong foundation for a software engineering career, focusing on building user experiences, prototyping new features, and improving the platform's architecture.

Responsibilities

Build user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.NET, React.
Prototype and develop new features.
Improve the modularity and quality of the platform's architecture.
Learn and implement new technologies.
Contribute autonomously to new feature ideas and improvements.

Requirements

Familiarity with C# and .NET frameworks.
Experience with React and/or working knowledge of JavaScript.
Understanding of relational databases and basic SQL.
Exposure to source control systems (Git).
Solid foundation in software development principles.
Passion for coding and keeping up with new technologies.
