Job description Blink is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining full-stack integrations for their employee app platform, which has high user engagement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL.
Build and manage integrations with external systems and APIs.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external customers.
Assist customers on technical calls, ensuring clear communication and timely solutions.

Requirements

Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, and Node.js.
Proficiency in SQL and building integrations with external systems.
Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management protocols like SCIM, SAML 2.0, and Single Sign-On.
Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop scalable features.
Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
