Job description ZILO™ is a UK-based FinTech specializing in global asset and wealth management software, utilizing AI technology. They are seeking a Software Engineer (Go) to develop back-end services for financial applications, focusing on AI integration.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and reliable services in Go.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software design, development, and testing.
Implement Kafka integration with Go services.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for code generation, debugging, and documentation.
Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of microservices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues.
Stay updated on AI-assisted development practices.
Participate in code reviews.
Ensure appropriate unit test coverage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Developer.
Strong proficiency in Go, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching.
Knowledge of modern front-end development tools (webpack, babel, npm).
Experience with Git.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for software development.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with server-side rendering and/or Next.js.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme).
Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client.
Understanding of UX design principles.
