Job description As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building new features and modules for Deskpro's helpdesk software, influencing product frameworks, and contributing to internal processes. You will join a small team with autonomy and the opportunity to lead by example.

Responsibilities

Build new features and modules using a variety of technologies.
Shape product frameworks and internal processes (code reviews, deployment).
Participate in feature planning and provide input on product direction.
Lead projects with autonomy and ownership.
Contribute to the development of new technologies like chatbots and AI.

Requirements

Strong experience with Typescript/Node.js (backend and frontend).
Experience with React (NextJS ideal).
Strong understanding of software architecture.
Experience with AWS (bonus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with PHP and MySQL.
Familiarity with GraphQL.
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
