Job description C the Signs is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, data-driven user experiences for their AI-powered cancer detection platform, targeting both healthcare professionals (B2B) and patients (B2C). The role involves designing for integrated EMR systems and standalone applications, focusing on improving clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process (research, ideation, prototyping, delivery).
Leverage user research, analytics, and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
Design for B2B (healthcare professionals) and B2C (patients) platforms.
Understand healthcare workflows and design intuitive decision support systems.
Apply modern design techniques (interaction design, responsive design, accessibility).
Collaborate with product, engineering, user research, and clinical teams.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends in healthcare technology.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-platform solutions.
Experience designing for B2B and B2C platforms, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
Experience designing for healthcare systems, including EMR integration.
Strong understanding of user research, data analytics, and behavioral insights.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (InVision).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React).
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to align UI/UX goals with business objectives.
