Responsibilities

Lead technical projects from concept to completion.
Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability.
Champion tooling to enhance productivity.
Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
2+ years of experience in team leadership and line management.
Strong software architecture, database, and performance optimization expertise.
Hands-on experience with Python, Django (or similar).
Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of modern deployment practices (Serverless, Docker, CI/CD).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
