Job description Arbor is seeking an organized and customer-focused Digital Onboarding Specialist to join their Implementation team. The role focuses on overseeing the onboarding of schools using Arbor's MIS, ensuring a smooth transition and providing excellent support.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding projects for schools transitioning to Arbor's MIS.
- Manage the data migration process, ensuring timely completion by schools.
- Create and maintain onboarding resources (training hub, help center).
- Prepare and lead internal/external calls and meetings.
- Manage all onboarding queries and provide timely, high-quality responses.
- Manage risks, changes, and escalations.
- Serve as a point of contact, providing excellent customer service and confidently explaining the benefits of Arbor.
- Plan mitigation strategies for risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the Digital Onboarding Team Lead for project success and customer outcomes.
- Support Programme teams with project administration.
- Utilize company software to cleanse data and generate client reports.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, customer support, administration, or software (desirable).
- Strong team player with a willingness to contribute.
- Excellent communication skills, able to understand customer needs and explain technical information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to interpret data to understand school needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Mac OS platforms, including Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
