Own end-to-end delivery of key projects.
Champion Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable applications.

Support the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of professional software development experience with technical leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, React.
Proven track record of leading Agile development teams.
Experience designing and building cloud-based, scalable applications.
Familiarity with TDD and version control (GitHub).
Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
