Job description InfoSum is seeking a talented Software Engineer to contribute to the expansion of their data collaboration platform to new cloud providers and data warehouses. This is a software development (Individual Contributor) role focused on building integrations with major cloud APIs and deploying them within their Kubernetes-based microservices platform.
Responsibilities
- Write code to integrate with major cloud provider and data warehouse APIs.
- Work within a Kubernetes hosted microservices platform.
- Focus on continuous delivery and delivering incremental value to production.
- Collaborate with an engineering team.
- Contribute to a DevOps culture, including building, testing, deploying, and monitoring code.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud provider API integration (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of communication protocols (HTTP, gRPC).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
- SQL skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Spark (AWS Glue).
- Experience with Snowflake Native Applications or AWS Marketplace solutions.
- Experience using Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).
- Experience with Kafka.
- Experience with automated cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- Basic understanding of encryption protocols.
