Job description This role requires an experienced ABM Associate Planning Director to take a strategic lead on ABM projects, working alongside the planning director and client team. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing ABM strategies, ensuring effective campaign delivery and embedding an ABM mindset within the team.

Responsibilities

Take, probe and respond to all ABM briefs
Lead and undertake research to understand relevant categories and sectors
Utilise insight to develop personalised ABM approaches
Craft insight-led creative briefs
Develop value propositions and segmented messaging frameworks
Develop briefs to inspire exciting and culturally relevant content
Improve the work throughout the creative process, backed by insight
Keep on top of the latest marketing science and theory
Brief partner agencies/disciplines
Develop testing plans and measurement frameworks
Effectiveness analysis and data-informed recommendations
Build strong relationships with mid-level clients

Requirements

Proven history of delivering ABM strategies and persuading clients of those strategies
Senior planner capable of owning the planning process from start to finish
Strong experience in B2B marketing and communications
Deep understanding of ABM program development and communications
Experience in developing value propositions and comms frameworks for B2B buyer journeys
Experience with content development
Experience working with effectiveness methodologies
Excellent research, insight analysis, and journey planning skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into persuasive stories
