Job description Job Bridge Global is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work at Healthy Lifestyle Outpatient Clinic, promoting healthy living and managing chronic illnesses. The RN will develop personalized care plans and educate patients on various health topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings.
• Provide patient education on nutrition, exercise, chronic disease management, and preventative care.
• Facilitate lifestyle modification initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate health records.
• Participate in community outreach programs.
• Stay current with best practices in nursing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN).
• 1-3 years of experience in an acute care environment.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Registered Nurse license in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee.
• Proven skills in applying nursing principles, assessing patient conditions, and developing care plans.
