Job description Manage onboarding projects for schools, Local Authorities, and Support Partners transitioning to Arbor Finance. Ensure smooth data migration, provide excellent customer service, and create onboarding resources.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding projects for clients.
Oversee data migration processes, ensuring timely completion.
Create and maintain onboarding resources (training hub, help center).
Lead internal and external meetings to address customer priorities.
Manage client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Identify and manage project risks and escalations.
Collaborate with the Arbor Finance Team Lead for project success.
Support Programme teams with project administration.
Utilize company software to generate client reports.

Requirements

Experience in project management, customer support, admin, or software (desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac OS.
Willingness to travel to client sites and the Leeds office.
Ability to interpret data and understand client needs.
