Job description Provide comprehensive, professional, and customer-focused HR services to key stakeholders within Marlowe Fire & Security Group.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve HR queries efficiently.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
  • Support with TUPE, redundancy, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Ensure accurate HR documentation and correspondence.
  • Advise on contractual matters and policy updates.
  • Support HR analytics and data management.
  • Assist with integration activities.
  • Liaise with Payroll and Occupational Health.
  • Manage family-friendly policies and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support HRIS and communication platform management.
  • Complete HR administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement.

Requirements

  • CIPD Qualified to Level 5.
  • Experience in employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and other HR activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
