Job description The Frontend Engineer will lead the development and implementation of high-quality, data-driven user interfaces for TIG's products. The role involves translating designs into code, collaborating with backend engineers, building reusable component libraries, and ensuring performance and accessibility. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team working on a platform with analytics job processing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, data-driven applications using modern frontend technologies.
Collaborate with UX designers to translate designs into code.
Integrate UI components with server-side logic and APIs.
Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries.
Ensure codebase quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Ensure UI performance across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
Implement accessibility standards (WCAG).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues.
Continuously seek ways to improve the user experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.
Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and CSS.
Expertise in at least one modern UI/UX framework (React preferred).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
Proficient with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and security best practices.
Eligible for SC clearance or willing to undergo vetting.
