Patient Care Coordinator (RN Leadership) - ER - Overseas

Job description Job Bridge Global is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Patient Care Coordinator in an Emergency Room setting. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and leading a team during night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM). The position requires strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient rounds to ensure care aligns with individualized plans.
• Manage patient flow and bed assignments.
• Assist with emergency situations, admissions, and direct patient care.
• Troubleshoot patient safety and care issues.
• Respond to patient/family concerns promptly.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for physicians.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and support departments.
• Ensure effective information flow within the team.
• Participate in quality reviews and performance evaluations.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing associates.
• Foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing (RN).
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with care coordination and healthcare technology.
• Ability to supervise and delegate tasks.
